Join us for the Clinical Leadership Exchange, a premier 2-day event uniting Directors of Nursing (DONs), Infection Preventionists, LTC Administrators, and other healthcare professionals committed to excellence in long-term care. This dynamic conference offers two specialized tracks designed to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance resident care, and promote a culture of safety and quality across your organization.

Track 1: Director of Nursing
Stay ahead of current trends, best practices, and regulatory updates shaping long-term care nursing and administration. Whether you’re an experienced DON, a LTC Administrator, new to leadership, or looking to advance your career, this track provides actionable strategies and tools to elevate team performance and operational outcomes. Engage with peers, share solutions, and gain confidence to lead with clarity and purpose.

Track 2: Infection Prevention & Control
Deepen your knowledge of infection prevention and control through evidence-based sessions, the latest research, and collaborative discussions with experts and Infection Preventionists across the long-term care field. This track also offers an opportunity to earn continuing education hours that count toward the California Department of Public Health’s annual ten-hour infection prevention requirement.

CE Hours (Requested):
Registrants must be in attendance for the entire program to receive CE hours (up to 15 NAB and 16 BRN)

BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, Cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org . Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
