Description:
Join us for the Clinical Leadership Exchange, a focused two-day event for long-term care administrators, Directors of Nursing, and Infection Prevention professionals committed to advancing quality, safety, and regulatory excellence. This conference brings together clinical and operational leaders to share best practices, strengthen collaboration, and address today’s most pressing challenges in long-term care.
The program features two targeted tracks designed to support leadership effectiveness, survey readiness, and improved resident outcomes.

Track 1: Director of Nursing & Clinical Leadership
Designed for DONs, Assistant DONs, and administrators with clinical oversight, this track explores current trends, regulatory updates, and practical leadership strategies in long-term care nursing. Sessions focus on staffing and competency management, quality improvement, and effective nursing leadership—providing tools to lead teams confidently and align clinical practice with organizational goals.

Track 2: Infection Prevention & Control
Ideal for Infection Preventionists, DONs, and administrators overseeing infection control programs, this track delivers evidence-based education and peer collaboration focused on reducing risk and meeting regulatory expectations.
