Description of Course:
Join your colleagues at the CAHF Quality Care Health Foundation (QCHF) 7th Annual Virtual Fall Conference for developmental services members. Designed for administrators, managers, and clinical/non-clinical staff--we will provide ICF/DD members with essential training and resources to navigate ongoing operations and other significant impacts.

Learning Objectives:
Describe current regulatory and industry trends impacting developmental services in long-term care.  
Identify best practices for supporting residents with complex physical, behavioral, and cognitive needs.
Learn how to improve compliance with state and federal regulations affecting developmental services programs.

CE Hours (Requested):
BRN Only — 4 Hours
Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session to receive CE hours and certificate. Certificates will be available on your member dashboard after the conclusion of the training. (quiz and evaluation must be completed first). 

Audio/Visual:
Virtual training experiences will happen in real time on the date and time advertised. They will require a Wi-Fi connection, a laptop/computer and/or a smartphone. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to participate in a distraction-free environment.

Materials Provided:
Handouts/materials will be available in the chat box during the training.

BOARD REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a refund, cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
