This course is specifically designed to empower DSDs (Directors of Staff Development) with the latest insights and practical tools to enhance leadership skills and improve staff retention. As the field evolves, staying up to date with changes in regulations and CDPH requirements is more important than ever. Through this course, DSDs will gain a deeper understanding of emerging best practices and sharpen their skills in key areas, including the documentation of in-services and the submission of CNA renewals. Current trends in tracking in-service hours/CEs.
Helpful tips for completing the CNA Renewal application.
CDPH 283A form requirements.

CE Hours (Requested):
NAB - (Up to ) 4; BRN - 4
Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session to receive CE hours and certificate. BRN certificates will be available on your member dashboard after the conclusion of the training. NAB certificates are ONLY distributed by NAB.

This program has been submitted (but not yet approved) for Continuing Education for 1 total participant hour from NAB/NCERS. Contact member.services@cahf.org for further information.

BOARD REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a refund, cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
