Description:
The Quality Conference provides facility teams the opportunity to learn and plan for process improvement together. This one-day conference is focused on improving quality outcomes across the high-risk area of antipsychotics, developing the operational partnership across administration, IDT and the clinical team; and enhancing the IDT understanding of the multiple quality incentive programs; VBP, QRP, WQIP, ASP. BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, Cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
