Description of Course:
Avoiding unnecessary losses is vital to continue serving your patients and being there for your community. Attend this session to help your facility be financially stronger for your people. In 2023, 48% of ALL federal Part A spending went to Medicare Advantage plans. We are feeling the pressure as more of our patients are covered by MA as well as Plan managed populations. Come envision a path forward and build your strategy for success. Attendees will be introduced to the fundamentals of how and why managed care contracts and case management systems are a permanent part of our new normal, how to adapt to this reality as a team seeking operational and financial success, and how to identify, develop, build, train and implement the best practices that will keep your organization financially healthy. Come see and hear what Managed Care winning looks like!
