Description of Course:
What the Managed Care? High-Performance Teams: Accelerating Growth Through Operational and Financial Excellence is an interactive webinar that challenges facilities and organizations to take a fresh look at their managed care operations. Who is on your team? What do they know? How well are they performing? This session will guide participants through evaluating team structure, skills, accountability, and performance while uncovering strategies to optimize operational effectiveness and financial results. Attendees will leave with actionable tools to build stronger teams, improve managed care outcomes, and position their organizations for sustainable growth and success.

Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), MDS Coordinator

2. Identify skill gaps and opportunities for team development.

Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session to receive CE hours and certificate.

Handouts/materials will be available in the chat box during the training.

BOARD REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a refund, cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
