Login Access: 
The link will be emailed 24-hours prior to the virtual training date, and 15 minutes prior to the start for all late or same-day registrations. The email will come from an @cahf.org email address.

Description of Course:
This course explores how behavioral health data and practices can be integrated into QAPI initiatives. Staff will learn to identify trends, set goals, and implement improvements that enhance behavioral health outcomes.

Who Should Attend:
Administrators and DONs

Learning Objectives:
Describe the role of behavioral health in QAPI planning and evaluation.
Analyze behavioral health data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop measurable goals related to behavioral health outcomes.
Participate in interdisciplinary QAPI teams to implement change.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral health interventions.

CE Hours (Requested):
BRN & NAB - 1 Hour
Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session to receive CE hours and certificate. Certificates will be available on your member dashboard after the conclusion of the training. (quiz and evaluation must be completed first). 

This program has been submitted (but not yet approved) for Continuing Education for 1 total participant hour from NAB/NCERS. Contact member.services@cahf.org for further information. 

Audio/Visual:
Virtual training experiences will happen in real time on the date and time advertised. They will require a Wi-Fi connection, a laptop/computer and/or a smartphone. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to participate in a distraction-free environment.

Materials Provided:
Handouts/materials will be available in the chat box during the training.

BOARD REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a refund, cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.

QCHF reserves the rights to cancel this training at any time.
