Description of Course:
How we deliver nutrition care to residents and the demands on the Registered Dietitian needs a reevaluation. Discussions on ways to improve and reduce food waste and deliver meals that are consumed. Understand productivity of the RDN. Working together smarter not harder.
 

Who Should Attend:
Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Dietitian, Dietary Manager
 

Learning Objectives:
1.Embracing change on how food is delivered to residents
2.Evaluating the RDN productivity within clinical demands
3.Embracing change for the Nutrition Service Department to reduce waste labor shortages. 

CE Hours (Requested):
BRN & NAB - 1 Hour
Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session to receive CE hours and certificate. Certificates will be available on your member dashboard after the conclusion of the training. (quiz and evaluation must be completed first). 

This program has been submitted (but not yet approved) for Continuing Education for 1 total participant hours from NAB/NCERS. Contact member.services@cahf.org for further information. 
 

Audio/Visual:
Virtual training experiences will happen in real time on the date and time advertised. They will require a Wi-Fi connection, a laptop/computer and/or a smartphone. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to participate in a distraction-free environment.

Materials Provided:
Handouts/materials will be available in the chat box during the training.

REFUND POLICY
To receive a refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days (Monday–Friday) prior to the start of the course or event. Cancellations may be submitted to registrar@cahf.org. 

Registration substitutions/transfers are permitted when requested in writing prior to the start of the course or event.

CAHF/QCHF reserves the right to cancel or modify a training or event at any time.
