The link will be emailed 24-hours prior to the virtual training date, and 15 minutes prior to the start for all late or same-day registrations. The email will come from an @cahf.org email address.

Description of Course:
Data is more than reporting — it's a decision-making tool. Every data point has a story behind it. Learn how to interpret key metrics to better understand your facility's performance, identify risks, and uncover trends in profitability, quality performance, occupancy, and payer mix and communicate your value to stakeholders.
 

Who Should Attend:
Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), Quality Assurance Nurse, MDS Coordinator
 

Learning Objectives:
1.Interpret key SNF data points to assess overall facility health
2.Connect data patterns to financial and clinical risk and opportunity
3.Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that support decision-making  

CE Hours (Requested):
BRN & NAB - 1 Hour
Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session to receive CE hours and certificate. Certificates will be available on your member dashboard after the conclusion of the training. (quiz and evaluation must be completed first). 

This program has been submitted (but not yet approved) for Continuing Education for 1 total participant hours from NAB/NCERS. Contact member.services@cahf.org for further information. 
 

Audio/Visual:
Virtual training experiences will happen in real time on the date and time advertised. They will require a Wi-Fi connection, a laptop/computer and/or a smartphone. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to participate in a distraction-free environment.

Materials Provided:
Handouts/materials will be available in the chat box during the training.

REFUND POLICY
To receive a refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days (Monday–Friday) prior to the start of the course or event. Cancellations may be submitted to registrar@cahf.org. 

Registration substitutions/transfers are permitted when requested in writing prior to the start of the course or event.

CAHF/QCHF reserves the right to cancel or modify a training or event at any time.
